Private Lessons
All Ages 1:1 Coaching
Private lessons focus specifically on the individual while addressing their unique requirements. Lessons are tailored to suit student potential and provide maximum value for their progress.
Private lessons run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and their frequency is determined by the student’s level of commitment.
Semi-Private Lessons
All Ages 1:2 Coaching
Semi-privates are ideal for two students learning together, such as siblings or friends. Lessons are tailored to ensure both students progress at a similar pace, promoting positive, healthy competition.
Our semi-privates are offered in both half hour and hour in duration.
Group Sessions
Allocated Per Age Group
Group sessions cater to students wanting to explore tennis prior to committing to private lessons. Sessions are caped at 6 students per group to ensure active participation and are allocated based on age or skill set.
As students’ interest grows, they often become motivated to pursue private lessons to further expand their game.
Adult Coaching
17 to 65+ Years
Our adult coaching is available in private or semi private formats, with lessons being tailored to enhance players progress and maintain motivation.
Each session is designed to address specific needs, ensuring a personalised approach that helps each player achieve their full potential. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, our coaches provide the guidance and support necessary for continuous improvement and sustained motivation.
Junior Development
4 to 16 Years
Our junior development pathway focuses on students’ goals in tennis in order to develop a customised plan to assist with achieving these goals progressively.
Beyond physical training, our coaches emphasise the mental aspects of tennis and mentor students to enhance their thinking skills and mental game strategy.
Mentoring is also provided to adult players who wish to progress their tennis career and compete at an elite level.
Squad Training
12 to 21 Years
Private lessons are one of our prerequisites for squad participation. Squad training focuses on specific tennis drills, physical conditioning and team-orientated games that foster team participation and competition in a positive and fun environment.
Squads are predominantly structured and designed for students at a competition or tournament level.
Preschoolers Program
3 to 6 Years
Our preschoolers programs are run as group sessions with flexible group sizes, adjusting coach-to-student ratio for balanced student attention.
Coaches use age appropriate nets, junior racquets, and low compression tennis balls to enhance motor skills, hand-eye-coordination, and racquet control in a fun and lively environment.
Students grow to love tennis and often then enquire about additional lessons with our coaches outside of the program.
Schools Program
All School Ages
Our school programs are designed to be adaptable and can be run at our facilities located in Glen Alpine, or run at an open school space, such as a concreted courtyard. Coaches running programs at a school can facilitate portable nets if required.
Our schools program is suitable for all school aged students and has no limit on number of students involved, coaches will be allocated based on student numbers. This program focuses on fun through structured tennis games and hand-eye-coordination skills.
